Julie’s is a household staple for quality biscuits and snacks since 1982. Over the years, Julie’s has delivered quality products and experiences to people in more than 50 countries.
Julie’s actively inculcates conscious business principles in its practices. In 2001, Julie’s launched a corporate social responsibility initiative, Share the Love, which had the staff members reaching out to the community to honour the often-neglected work from various occupations. Subsequently, an internal funding program The Love Fund, was established to support Julie’s staff members who have personally, or whose families have encountered medical emergencies.
The Best of You movement was inspired by how the Julie’s team carries ‘The Best of You’ spirit in their everyday actions. A demonstration of Julie’s belief in doing good to do well in business, this movement also offers the staff a space to share their stories and to build camaraderie.
